Commission is based on what the customer actually pays Dimitra, not contract value or forecasts. When the customer pays, you earn. Your dashboard shows the rate that applies to your Partner Level.

Common questions about the Dimitra Partner Network
Does it cost anything to become a Dimitra partner?
No. There is no fee to join as a Referral Partner. Registration takes a name, an email address, a password and the track you want to start on.
Do I need to be able to sell software?
No. Referral Partners make the introduction and Dimitra does the selling — demonstration, proposal, pricing and technical support. You bring the relationships you already have; our team handles the rest.
How does Dimitra decide who gets credit for an introduction?
Every organisation you register is checked against accounts and opportunities that already exist, including near-miss spellings of the same name, and then reviewed by a person before your credit starts. Once credit is recorded it is permanent — it stays with you even if a Dimitra colleague closes the deal much later.
Which countries is the partner network open in?
The network is open globally. Dimitra operates in over 30 countries, and partner demand is strongest across East and West Africa, South and Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
What happens after I register?
You sign in to the partner portal, confirm your identity, and complete the certification for your track. Everything after that — your referral code, the organisations you introduce, their status, and what you have earned — lives in the portal. There is no waiting for an email; your status is always on screen.
You already know people. Some of those people know cooperatives. Some know exporters. Some work with thousands of farmers. Those connections can help agricultural organisations access technology they may otherwise never discover.
